I have trained with Reece for about 2 years. In person with 1-2-1 training and with his online support around workouts and nutrition. Like many people at the start of the 1st Covid-19 lockdown I realised that normal life was going to be restricted and I decided it was a good time to set myself a challenge; loose some weight and get fitter. Primarily I wanted to get back into running and training for half marathons.
I knew training would ask for discipline and commitment. I didn’t know that Reece would make both of those enjoyable and possible. In the two years I have been trained by Reece he has been encouraging, challenging and goal-orientated.
Over time I lost 15kgs and toned myself from a fairly unfit adult to a place where I am excited with my new body and extremely happy as a result.
On top of the physical results I have seen, I know that psychologically the benefits have been untold. My sleep has improved, my personal sense of self-value has deepened and I am personally mentally fitter to face day to day challenges.
Results with Reece are more than weight loss and toning up - some results can’t be seen, but can be experienced in mental health and wellbeing.
