Reece is the Founder of Mind Muscle Motive- Online Coach, Personal Trainer and Nutritionist (not dietician). Professionally qualified with ‘Lifetime Training’ he specialises in body transformations, for men looking to reach greater success by achieving a healthier mind and body. Reece has worked with leading fitness brands (Virgin Active & PureGym) training clients and teaching regular classes where he had a loyal following in spin and bootcamp classes.

During the covid pandemic he began to transition online and was surprised at how affective this was for his clients, as he could implement better accountability and tracking systems through the use of an app and a community. After realising that his clients were rewarded with better results he continued to move in a digital direction before fully transitioning online in 2023 where he continues to positively impact lives through a social fitness network.

I aim to share the knowledge and experience I have accumulated almost 10 years as a Personal Trainer & Coach, through a holistic approach that takes into account a person's mental, physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing. With this perspective I bring about transformation through fat loss and/or increased muscle mass, but more importantly take my client’s through a journey of healthy living and implementation of new habits to a confident state of mind and body.

Reece’s distinctive specialism: LGBTQIA+ busy professionals (city workers) between 40-60 years of age by embedding mindfulness and fitness as an underpinning foundation of a balanced lifestyle, ultimately reclaiming their fountain of youth.

Everybody has the potential to live at a lower and a higher version of themself. My purpose is to serve others to bring out the potential I know they have and unlock their higher self.
