Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) commitment:

DEI is indispensable to humanity and global stakeholders. The growing business of fitness sector is not an exception at all. As an organic growing brand and the underpinning narratives of Mind, Muscle Motive’s approach, MMM leadership value DEI in its business, hiring, collaboration and partnership. In 2022, MMM aim to:

• Expand it’s clientele by embedding unconscious bias and emphasise DEI as part of clients, interns, partners and collaborators’ onboarding and end-to-end journey;

• Learn and up-skill DEI knowledge and experience from global fitness sector network and naturally ‘walk the walk’ in fitness leadership;

• Review MMM DEI commitment by Quarter 2 of 2022 and formalise 3-pager MMM DEI “walk the walk” focus and priorities (to be rolled out in Q3 of 2022 and throughout 2023);

This DEI commitment is updated as of 22nd February 2022. MMM will update its DEI commitment on 3rd September 2022.
