    It's imperative that you talk to yourself right. It all starts with your inner narrative. The story that you tell yourself when you first wake up in the morning, the inner voice you listen to when challenges arise. Your thoughts become words and actions. This is why if you want to succeed in the fitness game, it's always mind before muscle.

  • MUSCLE

    If you've googled 'how to get a toned physique', 'program to get more size', 'how do I get bigger arms', you are aware of the endless amount of information on the internet. However so many options lead to decision fatigue and confusion, and with no trustworthy face or voice behind each page for you to emotionally connect with, you are left none the wiser.

    In a generation where everything is available anyhow, anywhere, sometimes it's about bringing it back to basics. In order to do that you need a structured programme and a person that you know is routing for you.

  • MOTIVE

    In my experience motive is formed from 3 inter-relational elements:

    - The proximity and quality of your influences (being around a fitness guru is going to sway your focus, being around other healthy people is going to lead you to want to be healthier, surrounding yourself with friends who are there to support your goals and desires is going to influence your self belief).

    - Self belief (which comes from your self-talk on a daily basis, and from others you surround yourself with).

    - Visualisation (locking into the power of understanding how much you can achieve through meditation and imagination).
